To receive a deceased worker's end-of-service benefits, unpaid salary, insurance and any compensation from Saudi Arabia, the heirs in India need a legal heirship or succession certificate, attested by the state Home Department, the Ministry of External Affairs and the Saudi mission, together with a power of attorney. We obtain the certificate, complete the attestation chain and follow the claim.

How it works from Saudi Arabia
We identify which document the employer, insurer or Saudi court requires. A legal heir certificate from the revenue authority is quicker; a succession certificate from the civil court is needed where amounts are large or disputed. All heirs are listed, with minors represented by a guardian.
The certificate and the heirs' power of attorney are then attested and translated into Arabic. Funds are normally remitted through the Indian Embassy to the district authorities and paid to the heirs. Where the worker also left deposits or land in India, those are dealt with at the same time.
What is different for NRIs in Saudi Arabia
- The Saudi death certificate must be attested before Indian offices accept it.
- Compensation for death is generally not taxed in India.
- Keep the employer's and sponsor's details and the Iqama copy.
Step by step from Saudi Arabia
Free review call
Calls are held in Saudi office hours, and on Friday or Saturday if you prefer. We read your papers on a succession certificate or inheritance claim first, so the call is about your options and not a repeat of the facts.
Authority from Saudi Arabia
Where a representative must act for you in India on a succession certificate or inheritance claim, you sign before the consular officer at the Embassy in Riyadh or the Consulate in Jeddah, or at a consular camp visiting your city. We draft the document and send signing instructions.
Work in India
In India, we file the petition, publish the court notice, lead your evidence by affidavit or video and collect the certificate. Updates for clients in Saudi Arabia go by email and WhatsApp with scans of whatever is filed.
Result and handover
At the end you receive the certified court order and we help present it to each bank, company and registry. Originals are couriered to your address in Saudi Arabia if you need them.
